Barhi Dates--Good for Diabetics

Barhi Dates are a small round Date that is normally sweet and soft but sometimes chewey like a carmel. Barhis have a carmel candy flavor to them. It is long believed that because these Dates have inverted sugar they are good for Diabetics although we have no scientific evidence of this. Photo shows our 5lb container.
