1 1/2 cups Date Sugar®
1 cup persimmon pulp (or 1 cup applesauce)
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup crisco oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1 round tsp baking soda
2 cups chopped walnuts
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
Mix all wet ingredients together. Once fully combined, add flour and nuts. Drop a teaspoon amount of dough, per cookie, on baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 7-9 minutes or until brown.
