Yellow Barhi Dates

The Yellow Barhi Date, AKA “Fresh Date” has a golden matte finish and a crunchy apple-like texture with a slight sweetness and mild astringency.  If left at room temperature, it will eventually turn a brownish color as it ripens, becoming soft and very sweet with a thin crisp outer skin.

Due to the delicate nature of the date most orders will require to be shipped FedEx Express Saver. Although Shields uses the recommended packaging guidelines, yellow barhi dates are fragile; we do not guarantee or replace shipments for damage and spoilage.
