Roasted Stuffed Dates

1 pkg (12-oz) pitted Medjool Dates
1 (4-0z.) log goat cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
pinch of salt
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Hot honey

Begin by cutting the dates in half, stuffing them with goat cheese, and placing them in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine walnuts, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until combined. Top the dates with the walnut mixture and place in the oven to roast. Time spent in the oven is dependent on how roasted and melted you want the dates to be. Once roasted to desired temperature, drizzle with hot or regular honey and enjoy.
