1/4 cup chia seeds 
1 cup oat milk 
1/4 cup Shields Date Syrup®
3/4 cup frozen strawberries 
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup thick vegan vanilla yogurt 
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, except for the chia seeds and yogurt. Transfer to a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds. Divide between mason jars or ramekins and set in the fridge at least two hours and up to overnight to thicken. When ready to serve, top each with yogurt and single strawberry slice.
